I am unable to translate 'booking agent' to Czech. I tried using POEDIT and Loco Translate. Unfortunately, either of them did not help. Other words, like 'Additional information' in EN has been successfully translated to Czech 'Dalsi informace'. See attached screenshot for reference.
Judging by the invalid purchase code, it looks like you received a copy of Booked via a theme purchase? You have a license to use the theme and get support from them for all of the items you received (including Booked), however to get support directly from Boxy Studio, you would need to purchase a Booked license. I hope this makes sense, and my apologies for the inconvenience:
