    Hi!

I have the Booked plugin working well on my website, together with WooCommerce. Now, I recently got a person who

     - made a booking via the website themselves

     - as a guest (so there's no account made)

     - recently requested via Facebook to move their appointment to a different timeslot

I then went to the backend and tried to edit that customer's appointment, but can't figure out how to do it. I then thought I would simply make a new appointment and cancel the original one, but I don't seem to be able to cancel it. There's no 'red cross' next to the person's name in the appointment calendar. The red cross does appear next to the updated appointment I made however.

I'm doing all this with Administrator privileges in Wordpress.

How can I most easily cancel/remove the original booking?

(Separate, but related: we also placed some test bookings by fake purchases through WooCommerce. We can delete these orders, and the related bookings are marked as 'order trash', but the bookings cannot be removed/canclled either?)

Thanks for helping us out here!

It seems you may have received a copy of Booked via a theme purchase. You have a license to use the theme and get support from them for all of the items you received (including Booked), however to get support directly from Boxy Studio, you would need to purchase a Booked license. I hope this makes sense, and my apologies for the inconvenience:

Purchase a Booked license here: https://codecanyon.net/item/booked-appointments-appointment-booking-for-wordpress/9466968?ref=BoxyStudio

If you do own a license for Booked, post that purchase code here and I will be sure to update it for you.

    Thanks!
